Limited Warranty
This limited warranty is only provided to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
LivTab’s warranty obligations under this limited consumer warranty are limited to the terms and conditions set forth herein. LivTab represents and warrants that the products you have purchased are free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and in accordance with all operating instructions for a period of TEN (10) YEARS from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user.
Your order confirmation, showing the date of purchase, serves as proof of your purchase date. LivTab and authorized distributors may require this proof in order to provide warranty service.
Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Use in commercial or industrial applications

Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or cracks

Improper power supply, including low voltage or defective household wiring

Damage caused by accidents or external forces

Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs

Use with non-approved accessories or products

Operation outside the intended use (e.g., extreme temperatures)

Natural disasters (lightning, floods, fire, etc.)

Use of non-LivTab parts or accessories

Normal wear and tear
LivTab is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. These are the customer’s responsibility.
If the product fails under normal use during the warranty period, LivTab reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product or parts with new or refurbished ones.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
Before submitting a warranty claim, please refer to the Troubleshooting Chart in the User Manual for common performance issues. For further assistance, contact our service team at support@livtab.com.
To process your request, please provide:

A copy of your receipt or order confirmation

A written description of the issue

Supporting photos or videos that clearly show the problem

Your delivery address and the original email used to place the order
We will review your case within 3 business days and provide the best solution.
Please retain the original packaging or use packaging with equal protection in case a return is necessary.
